The area has excellent connectivity with neighbouring areas such as Sharthpur, Gachibowli, Manikonda, Thellapur, Kondapur, and Nanakramguda as well as all parts of the city of Hyderabad and its suburbs. Areas covered by Hi Tech City are Huda Colony, Parvati Nagar, and Madhapur.

One of the major attractions for developers and individuals seeking lands for sale here is the ten story building that stands in midst of the 151 acre area which houses major international entities like Microsoft, Wipro, Oracle, IBM, Toshiba and many others. Also in close proximity to the area is the international IIT academy.  Thus there are excellent facilities for both professional job seekers as well as learners.

Hi Tech City has excellent connectivity with all the major transport hubs around Hyderabad. It is located around 35 km from the Rajiv Gandhi International Airport and at a distance of only 6 km from the Shanthanagar Railway Station.

All major infrastructural and real estate development in Hyderabad now seem to be concentrated in and around the Hi-tech city, which is the seat to some of the most renowned and well known software companies of the world. The areas that are witnessing the maximum amount of demand for apartments near hitech city are Gachibowli, Madhapur and Kondapur.

These areas have the highest concentration of people working in the IT and ITES sector. Besides being close to the IT sector, Kondapur offers a person the luxury of living in a relatively peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle of city. These areas have all the basic civic amenities required for a good living standard like parks, hospitals, banks and schools.  The average price for a 2 BHK apartments near Hi-tech city MMTS, is quoted somewhere around Rs. 50 lakh, while the price goes up to 65-70 lakh, if it happens to be a 3 BHK apartment.
