All major infrastructural and real estate development in Hyderabad now seem to be concentrated in and around the Hi-tech city, which is the seat to some of the most renowned and well known software companies of the world. The areas that are witnessing the maximum amount of demand for apartments near hitech city are Gachibowli, Madhapur and Kondapur.

These areas have the highest concentration of people working in the IT and ITES sector. Besides being close to the IT sector, Kondapur offers a person the luxury of living in a relatively peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle of city. These areas have all the basic civic amenities required for a good living standard like parks, hospitals, banks and schools.  The average price for a 2 BHK apartments near Hi-tech city MMTS, is quoted somewhere around Rs. 50 lakh, while the price goes up to 65-70 lakh, if it happens to be a 3 BHK apartment.

 It has been observed, that among the people who buy properties in this area, 70 % of them are end users, who work in the nearby IT sector, while 30 % people are normal investors, who intend to make a profit from such investments.  This area is also very popular among bachelors and families coming from others parts of the country for the purpose of employment.

This area is well connected by road network, but lacks public transports, like buses or taxis. There are a few auto’s which ply in between the IT sector offices and the popular localities, but the number is not sufficient enough. If you are looking an apartment for sale in this region, then it will be a wise thing to use your private transport for the purpose of communication, as roads are wide enough and there is problem related to traffic snarl.

The areas near the hi-tech city have managed to hold their position in the real estate market, even in the face of various problems like the economic slowdown and the division of the state. Given the positive feedback from investors, it can be expected that this area will make further progress in the days to come.
